Studio Experience Audit

See your studio through the eyes of a first-time client and understand where the experience is supporting growth or quietly creating friction.
The Studio Experience Audit is a firsthand review of what it actually feels like to discover, book, and attend class at your studio. I move through your business exactly as a potential client would, paying attention to clarity, communication, and how the experience comes together. I then return with thoughtful, actionable feedback from three informed perspectives: client, instructor, and operator grounded in my experience teaching and leading inside boutique fitness studios. This work isn’t about changing everything. It’s about noticing where the experience feels strong, where it feels unclear, and where small adjustments can create more confidence for both clients and instructors.

This is not a discovery call or a surface-level conversation. It’s a structured deep-dive where we look closely at what’s functioning, what’s creating friction, and where intentional adjustments will have the greatest impact. This session can be booked as a one-time working session or scheduled again
as needed. There is no ongoing commitment unless additional support feels helpful.

Monthly Studio Support is for studio owners who want a trusted, experienced sounding board while they make thoughtful changes, without committing to a long-term engagement. This offer provides consistent guidance as you implement ideas, navigate decisions, and keep momentum going. It’s designed to support steady progress, not overwhelm or pressure to “fix everything.”
